7.1 Demo accounts

Only one demo password is publicly documented: sega / sega, the operator account that lets you replay the entire institutional circuit (demo company, submission and analysis, structured offer, acceptance, drawdown and repayment schedule, third-party custody, administration) through the demo view.

The pan-OHADA demo network (17 banks, 17 companies, 17 custodians, one per State) exists under identifiers of the form demo-bank-<cc>, demo-co-<cc>, and demo-custody-<cc>. Their passwords are never written in the documentation: they live in the platform's environment configuration and are distributed through the operator's internal channels, never in a manual.

All data in this network carries the label "DEMONSTRATION — DONNÉES FICTIVES — SANS VALEUR JURIDIQUE" (DEMONSTRATION — FICTITIOUS DATA — NO LEGAL VALUE) and stays excluded from real indicators: it contaminates neither the backoffice cockpit nor any external operation.

7.2 Where to find help

• The in-app guide, /guide, accessible from any authenticated screen.
• Chat support, from Ops → Support on the operator side, or the contact shown in your space.
• For a technical blocker (a document that stops progressing, a screen that does not show what is expected), report the exact screen and the time of the action — that is what lets us find the relevant worker or log.
• An "Access denied" message or a refusal that names a rule is never a glitch to work around: it is an answer. If the rule cited seems incorrect for your situation, contact your administrator (platform role) or the institution concerned (space authorization) rather than looking for a workaround.
