Offers & structured conditions
Why
The rate, the advance rate, and the fees of a financing belong entirely to the commercial policy of the bank that lends — never to the platform that makes the introduction. A "reasonable" default proposed by Tauraco would in effect become the market condition, which the platform has no right to set.
How, in the application
An offer carries a rate, a rate type (annual rate, flat fee, or margin), an advance rate, and fees, all entered by the bank. Only the form of these fields is checked — positivity, technical bounds — never their value: the platform neither calculates, suggests, nor compares any condition. The internal pricing engine that existed for the Islamic mode has been removed, precisely because it calculated a price on the platform side.
Once submitted, an offer can no longer be modified on any of its commercial fields — revising it creates a new version, with the old one marked as superseded. Only one offer can be live at a time for a given bank-request pair, and only one can be accepted per request.
Acceptance. When the company accepts an offer: the invoice is locked, the offer is reloaded and checked as not expired, the available outstanding balance is recalculated under that same lock to prevent any over-financing, the offer is marked accepted, and every other offer submitted on this request is automatically rejected. A firm commitment is then created, in "conditions pending" status — accepting commits, it does not by itself make anything drawable. The legal gate (whether a collateral-enforcement route exists in this country and this regime) is evaluated separately: its absence is logged but never cancels the acceptance itself.

Safeguards
- The immutability of a submitted offer is enforced directly by a database constraint, not merely by an application rule: any attempt to modify a commercial field on an already-submitted offer is rejected at the data-engine level itself.
- The uniqueness of one live offer per bank and one accepted offer per request is likewise guaranteed at the database level, to eliminate any window for competing acceptances.
- The platform never ranks offers or banks: they are presented in order of arrival, never by descending amount nor by any calculated score — "the highest amount is not the best offer, it may be the most expensive one." The bank directory itself is sorted alphabetically, never by a calculated ranking.
